DTC Code 13 E320

On one of my E320's I have a code 13 on pin 8 which the book says is O2S system is either too lean or rich and the cause is intake air leak, fuel injectors, or diaphragm pressure regulator.

The car does seem to stumble when starting cold, and I believe it misses when accelerating until temps get up to normal.

Also idles at about 600 RPm istead of the 750 or so at which my sedan idles.

Any suggestions as to where to start diagnosing would sure be appreciated.
