what are these lights for????
 

I just bought a 95 s500 there is three small lights next to the headlamp switch I have no idea what these are for. The lights are red, green and clear, any ideas?

Maybe an after market security system that is not operating? Do the lights come on at any time?

Do they look "factory", or are they these little "button" lights?
They could very well be for a hidden radar detector, the different colors either meaning the intensity of the radar signal (weak, medium and strong signal) or one of them may be front, one for side, and one for rear (like the ValentineOne detector, but a hidden installation).
