What is normal idel on my car?

Engine runs great, new o.v.p-02 sensor but the idel is around 750. Is this too high? If so how can i lower it? Also new control valve.

It should be about 650, but if you are reading the in car tach, it may be right on. You can't acjust it. The idle air management system sets the idle speed.

Good. You are probably fine. The idle speed is either right on or it will go to 1500 if there is a problem in the system. If idle is somewhere in between, I have seen sticky linkage cause such a problem. Take all the accel linkage apart and lube it.
