R&R heads on 1984 500 sel V8 - W126

R&R heads on 1984 500 sel V8 - W126

Anybody remember if headbolts are different sizes?... manual says all are 10mm -with different lengths- but mine appears to have some [4 each head] larger headed [head of bolt is size of nickel maybe?] with size of 12mm hex. Two manuals and parts lists make 10mm only claim. anybody have experience with this difference?
