95 vs. 96 S500 coupe

I test drove a few s500 coupes over the last three months, and finally found one that is imaculate. A 95 with 41000 miles (black/black), I'm picking it up tonight. When I buy a car I spend at least two hours going through all the features of the car, everything is working (a/c and power assist are fine).

I remember driving 94 s500 coupe and it had a few differences from this 95. Like the dashboard is different in 95, ASR is turned on differently, lower cushion of the seat has two controls instead of one, and a few other things.

I'm wondering what was new with a 96 model. Are engine and transmission the same as in 95? What about interior, was anything new added?

I also want to ask a question about rims, but I'm going to do that in the Wheels section of the forum.

Thanks guys. I'm glad to join the benz family.
