Any opinions on whether fuel injector cleaner additive is of much value? My 190E has 125K miles on it, and idles just a bit rough. I know there are many other possible causes, but I was considering some additive. If you think its of some value, any brand preferences?

I drive a diesel MBZ and use a product by Lubry-Moly and it works great. I know they make a fuel system for gas cars, but I have not personally used it.In my race cars I used Techron by Chevron. My advice is to install new fuel filters and then run a bottle of this cleaner through the car.
Good luck and let us know how it works.

Ted,

I think the Red Line Complete Fuel System Cleaner is by far the best on the market. Available through Pep Boys and PartsShop. Amsoil also makes a product called P.I. supposedly good stuff.
