W140 seat adjustment mechanism grease?

What kind of grease is used in the seat adjustment mechanism? Is it the same stuff used to lubricate the sunroof slide rails? The photo might jog someone's memory.

my coupe seat release mech was sticking - I just used spray grease. works fine now.

that colour afaik is normal type grease (silicone is white, lithium is dark) it doesnt get hot...
