Looking at my Haynes repair manual, I see a schematic of a diesel PCV. From the oil seperator, is a tube leading down to the crankcase with a check valve on the bottom. If the return tube, or the check valve became clogged from lack of use, or lack of oil changes, wouldn't excessive oil consumption be the result? Anybody see this happen? Would this be something to check in cases of excessive blow by? Thanks, Dusty ------------------ 82 240D |
