I've noticed of late, my power steering might be occasionally failing. It is not always consistent and somtimes feels a bit more stiff than others. I have also noticed a slight squealing noise when turning right only.

My fluid levels are fine, and I just changed the fluid as I thought this problem was caused by a kink in the hose between the reservoir and the pump.

Any ideas on what to check?

Maybe the belts ?
