Hey havent been on for a while..
I am interested in a 97 e420 sport it has 45k miles and they are asking $37k for it.. is this ok or what???

Again, as with any car purchase, find out as much about the car as possible: Service record, any damage, repair record. $37K is abit high, and I have seen one in VERY good cond around my area(same model year, fully loaded, with every options)for $35K.
