W140 Ambient temperature bulb

Does anyone know the bulb type that illuminates the ambient temperature display in a 1993 W140? Iwould prefer to purchase the correct bulb before I pull the cluster. I seem to recall that this bulb is soldered to the board and not in a socket, but can't remember where I read this.
