E320 rotors

I want to replace my front rotors, the lip at the outer edege is apprx 3mm. Fastlane asks if the chassis number is B864308 or B864307. What does this refer to?

It's a reference to the last seven digits of your VIN.

So, if the last 7 are C105892, do I respond by saying the chassis number is greater than B864308?
confused in VA,
