my 1985 500sel euro had the heated seats window and seat control for the back seat the control pannle on the door. the black plastic paece in the wood wich holds it allways pops out any tips

Replace the piece of plastic or glue it. Use hot glue or a thin coat of silicone adhesive. Don't glue it so you'll never be able to get it out again. Just enough to keep it in place.
