W202, C280, 1998, How to remove a cup holder?

People said that it's easy to remove a cup holder.
How actually do it on my C280-98 (W202)?

With the cupholder in the retracted position, very carefully pull it straight up in the area of where the rails are that support it when it extends. Be careful not to pull it up by the cupholders themselves and break them. It is relatively straight forward if you are looking at it.
