W126 brake job expense?

What's a ballpark figure on getting a brake job done on a 1990 420SEL. Rotors and the works? Probably having it done at a qualified independent shop.

Also..... my SRS light is starting to flicker intermittently. Goes on and off about every 5 seconds or so. What problem, if any, does that indicate? I'm certainly not looking to replace any airbags or the like.
