Leaking Vacuum Pump on 630 engine

After thinking for 6 months I had a leaking IP bottom access plate gasket, it now appears the leak is from the vacuum pump cover (the pressed on piece ...). Oil droplets fall from the leading edge of the vacuum pump cover ... does this mean there is a leak internal? Am assuming this since the oil does NOT appear to be coming from the gasket itself (darn it).

Recommendations? Just replace the pump or try a rebuild - assuming it is possible to do this?

I saw lots of threads on the topic, but few actually close out following the repair or replacement ...

Can anyone help on this?

Thanks!
