Help Combination switch 260E 1988 EU
 

The wiper do not operate when trying to use the wiper and to wash the windscreen.

Is there a relay or is it just the comand signal from the combination switch that activates the pump and the wiper?

Can anybody tell me the procedure to get out the combination switch out? My car does not have airbags.

Can the switch be repaired or do I have to buy a new one?
