I have a 1989 190e 2.6

My driver front window will not go down.
My BMW has a manual override in case the electric window fails. Does the Mercedes??

Also... I have checked the power window switches, and they seem to be ok.

The passenger (REAR!) window also went out.

Is there a relay for the FRONT AND REAR???

Or is it the motor(s). If it is the motors
where can I find them and what can I expect to pay for them?

Any help is Hugely appreciated.
(I would think that Mercedes would have a manual override for the power windows..... sure hate loosing my stereo/cellphone!!!!!)

Well the good news is ... after doing a search in this fantastic forum (sorry I did not search enough first!)... I have found that someone pointed to the fuse. There is a fuse specific for these (2) windows. I also noticed the Auxilary fan fuse blown while I was in the fuse box. Damn fuse box lid DID NOT want to come off all the way either. Don't like the fuses used either.
They leave behind metal pieces if you are not careful when you remove the old blown fuses.

But I would like to know if there is a "manual" override for the power windows in case I am out and cannot get a fuse or the electric motor/switches goes out.
Is there a manual override??
