Resetting ECU

I am wondering if resetting the ecu would be beneficial after making modifications to the air intake. I know I am getting increased airflow, so would it help to reset it? Do I just disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to reset it? Would I have to reset windows etc? Thank you. O yea its a 1993 400E.

No it won't need to be reset.
