Has anyone painted their calipers? I'm thinking of painting my calipers yellow for my 97'E320. Is this a good idea?

Do a search in the detailing section on painting calipers. Someone asked the same question a few months ago and got a good reply.

Chuck:
Painted my calipers yellow about 2 months ago -- they look real sweet coming through the Pearl Black AMG rims Make sure you do a thorough cleaning job before applying the paint. I used Rustoleum paint (4 oz can) and a variety of small brushes to apply -- YES, I chose to brush the paint on as opposed to spraying.Brian |

I had mine powder coated. Cost was $30/caliper and they look great.
