I have the opportunity to purchase a 93 300ce cabriolet. It's exterior and interior are in excellent condition and it has 2 years left on it's Starmark "component" warranty. Beyond the typical problems listed on this site for a 300e are there any special issues that I should be aware of for the cabriolet (i.e.roof problems)?

The car has approximately 53,000 miles and the gentleman is asking $41,000. Any feed back on the price? Is this a good deal?

Any responses in the next 48 - 72 hours would be appreceited.
