What sealant would you recommended for the front timing chain cover (16V)? I was contemplating using Loctite 574 (Porsche case sealant) or Dirko which have worked well for me in the past. Also, does the oil pan (green style gasket) require sealant? When I have used those in the past I was told not to use sealant. Thanks for the input.
