So far I've noticed that my engines warms up about twice as fast in cold weather. Started her up this morning in my little garage that was 23 degrees. As soon as I drove out the temp dropped to the low teens.

Why is the engine warming up so much faster? More oxygen yielding hotter cleaner combustion? Any possible adverse affects once the car is chipped? [chipped meaning adding more fuel to the combustion process] I've covered this in another thread
