HELP. light outage
 

On my car, when I immediately open the rear drivers side door, the light momentarily turns on if I leave the door minimally ajar. As soon as I open it further, the light switches off. Normally, the light switch will turn on the light but if shortly after opening and closing that door, it often does not work. Are there any switches in the rear door I should look for to fix this?
