420SEL Idle Speed

I have an a 1989 420SEL and the idle speed hovers around 1100 at its normal operating temp. The car starts with no problem and idles around 800 rpm when cold but as it gets warmer the idle speed increases until it reaches 1100 rpm.

Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem is or could be?
