300E Cold Start weird problem Resolved?
 

91 300E 4matic 125k. Intermittent very Cold starts. Turn Turn wait Turn Turn eventially it starts. I changed the Dist. Cap and Rotor and thought that was this issue, it may have helped. Actually I have isolated it down to some moister issue. I discovered the problem only appears after I have had the car at the car wash. The last time at the car wash I brought it home an inspected for possible wet areas nothing I could find. Sure enough the next morning it took 5 sustained cranks to get it going. I still don't know what component is being effected. In the summer it is not an issue. I'll wash the car before a long drive next time to assure any moisture is gone.

Has anyone had this problem?
