Removal, then replacement rear diff & drive shafts on w123 wagon

Hi - can anyone give me a guestimate of how long it will take to remove the rear differential & drive shafts from a wagon - this is a spare/scrap car that i'll be raiding as possible replacement for diff on my car. Any particular problem areas?

I'd figure at least a couple hours to remove. Make sure you are accurate with the tools you carry.
