Should I be concerned?

Hi All -

I'm about to purchase an 01 e320 4matic wagon with 52K miles and have a few questions. The car has a clean carfax report, and I just had a dealer run a VMI. In addition to showing regular dealer maintenance it also included some cryptic service/parts replacement that I'm not sure how to intrepret:
  • 10K Control Module, Emergency Call
  • 17k Towing Sublet - Switch D-Contact Electrical Failure
  • 33k Electronic Plate Instrument Cluster
  • 33k Catalytic Converted

The car idles smoothly, runs quietly, and is overall pleasurable to drive and be driven in. Should I be concerned with these items?

TIA,
Nik
