Belt tensioning damper
 

I need to replace the belt tension damper on my M103. The bottom bolt is visibly loose, so I at least need to tighten that. The top bushing is also shot (possibly the bottom too). I can't figure out how to get to the bottom bolt without taking apart a lot of things I don't want to touch.

No too many ways around it...
 

as a matter of fact, I would check the belt tensioner while you are in the inmediate area.
