98 CLK 320 Refrigerant problem....

Well I've been having some issues with my climate control. One day all of a sudden the AC wouldn't blow cold. After reading all the great info. on this board I narrowed the problem down to the Evap. Temp. Sensor. In the diagnostics it read 117F in the morning without the car ever being started. So I replaced it (in a whoping 4 hours....yeah I know...I suck) and then it gave me a more reasonable reading. So I turn the ac on and it's still not cold. So I check the refrigerant pressure and it was almost empty. So I had a mechanic fill it with some refrigerant and a UV dye. Viola it blew cold....that was about 4 weeks ago. Today the AC was not blowing cold again. I checked the pressure again and it was almost out again!!! (So I tell myself, thank god I had him put in the UV dye). So I sit here now, with my handy blacklight flashlight and my question is.......(sorry for the ramble)

Where should I check for leaks? Is there any specific places where leaks are most common? I know what you're thinking, "wherever you see flourecent dye when you shine the black light, idiot!" but the problem is the mechanic who filled me up wasn't too careful and got some dye on a few parts while filling the system. So any help you guys can give me would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

1. Compressor shaft seal
2. Stone chip in the condensor (in front of the radiator)
3. Hose joints
4. Whatever is the hardest possible part to get to.

Edited to add a link to psfred's efforts here
