86 W201 w/102 eng. freeze plug replacement

First freeze plug on right side of engine - just aft of alternator - is leaking like a sieve. Advice on easiest and/or best way to fix would be most welcome. Should I replace all and get it over with? Thanks.

To answer your question: Remove the leaker, and determine why it's leaking. If it is in fact rust that is causing the issue, then yes, you will need to do them all , if practical.
