Hi,
I have collected and read many of the back post on odometer repair. Mine has the sliping drive wheel problem as mentioned in many of the posts. However I cannot extract the brass gear off the shaft. I tried to gently pry of it off using a screw driver but nothing moved. Short of having a watch maker's size gear extractor, what method should I use to remove the gear off the shaft. Thanks, Michael ------------------ 82 300TD Turbodiesal +250, 000 86 Volvo 740 GLE 220000 85 Honda Civic 120000 |
