Part # for Brake Fluid Reservoir Caps
I would like to replace the two black caps on top of the Brake Fluid Reservoir of a 126, and am looking for a part #.
I remember seeing this number on a thread here before, but could not trace it. TIA |
126 chassis have two OE suppliers for master cylinders and therefore two different part #'s for the protective caps.
Teves....000 431 90 87 Girling....001 431 26 87 If you tell me yr./model I'll look up the likely suspect. |
I will look at the car tonight to see if I can tell , however it is a 1987 300SE Euro.
Thanks again. Just remembered - from handling the Master cylinder, it had the star stamped on it... |
I did look at the reservoir - it is the teves .
