Trans. Fluid Leaking - Alot

The 93 400e is leaking a ****load of transmission fluid. First, on saturday, I stopped on my driveway (uphill) to talk to a neighbor for maybe 5 minutes. As i pull up, there is a huge puddle of it streaming down the driveway. I pull it up, put some more in to where its supposed to be, and dont drive it till monday. Yesterday, I noticed the transmission slipping during gear changes, so I put a quart of transmission fluid in it. After getting home from work at 8, it seemed fine. Then I go to drive it this morning, and it is slipping again, so today at 3:20 i topped it off again in the parking lot. As I pull up the driveway again today, I notice drops of ATF the whole way up. It also seems to be burning it off some because there is alot of smoke coming from under the car. Does anybody have any ideas as to what it may be, and how expensive of a fix it is? It has 205,954 miles on it right now. Thanks

Look around underneath to see if you can spot the source of the leak. The smoking may be due to the possibility of ATF leaking onto the exhaust manifold and subsequently burning off.

Proper fluid is checked with the engine running and transmission fully warmed up.

im getting it checked out tommorow. It seems to only leak when the gas is pressed, probably a pressure seal.

I bet it is the front pump seal and possible trans convertor seal.

stop driving your car and have it towed to the shop of your choice!
