Headlights and oil pressure???

Have been having an issue with low or no oil pressure on the gauge when idling after the engine is warmed up completely. Tonight when I got home, I noticed that when I turned my headlights off, the oil pressure immediately came up to normal. Think this might be related to the wiring harness gremlins? Oh,,, this is on my TE.
