is there a special place to put the award i put on the left of the center slate of grill second section down. o ya it is the 250k award

I'd put it where I thought it looked the best. I put mine on the passenger side on the lowest section of grille. It looks fine to me.

It comes down to personal preference. I had a small chip in the plastic grill insert of my 420SEL (Driver's side - far to the outside in the middle). The high mileage award covered it nicely.

When there's only one, I think it looks best in the center of one of the grille sections. I have three on my 240D, 200, 250 and 500. I put them in a diagonal pattern and they look great.

Like was said in an earlier reply, it is totally personal preference.
