84 300D, how do i repair a torn rear differential boot. is it easily replaced?

I presume you want to know how to replace an axle boot.

This isn't a back yard job. It takes a special crimping tool that most shops don't even have. Most people install used axles. Or you can take them out and have a shop with the tool do the installation.
