Instrument lights do not dim when head lights are on...
 

Normally the instrument lights (clock, temp, etc) would dim when the head lights are turned on. But recently they stop doing so and it's a little bit too bright at night. Otherwise there is no other electical problems that I know of. Where do I start looking ? Thanks in advance for any comments/suggestions.

Have you tried the cluster dimmer switch? Don't know where it is on your model, but on early 90's cars, it was integrated with the odometer reset button, by twisting it.

Thanks. It is the switch. And the dimmer only works when head lights are on. No wonder when I turned the switch during the day it does not do anything. Sorry for the stupid question. :o
