HELP turbo diesel hesitation

hello, I would like to thank everyone for the help have recieved reading the previous posts. I am 24 and have had 2 benz diesels and I think I will drive them forever. My current car has 145k and is an 86 sdl. I have changed fuel filters, replaced all of the vacuum lines and connectors I can see, installed a new mann air filter, and ran a couple of tanks of power servive cetane booster through it. The car has been running better as it used to sit the longer I drive it. But there is still one problem and I was wondering if you could help. The turbo is boosting but at around 3000-3500 rpm the car has a quick and short loss of boost. This only happens as I am accelerating to about 60mph and no other time. Since the filter changes and new fluids it seems to be getting better, less offensive, but I would like to make irt go away myself. Thanks in advance.
