I have noticed in ads that there is a little window above the steering wheel in the dash that shows the temperature in degrees F. I have that window in my 1994 E320 but no temperature occurs in the window, Do you have to do something to cause the temperature to appear? Thanks Bill Scott

I have always known it to show. It seems to me there is a way to switch it from F to C so there must be some user input mechanism. Have you tried the owners manual? The sensor is sort of under the front licence plate bracket.
