A/C Charge help low port on '94 C280?

I know this isn't hard to do. I've done it on my other cars, but I can't locate the low port on my C280. I found the high port infront of the fan, that was easy. I was told it was under the headlight on the drivers side, but that was the radiator plug. I thought it was on top of the head, but I think it the fuel purge value, cuz gas came out. I'm lost, someone please help.

THanks.. '94 C280

You just have to trace the lines. All refr systems have the same basic circuit. Draw a baseball diamond on paper. At the top (second base) put the compressor, at first base put the condensor, at home put the expansion device and at third put the evaporator.

The low side line will be larger than the high side line.

All refr systems follow this basic flow clockwise on your drawing. The low side connection will be in the low side line somewhere between the evaporator and the compressor.

Good luck,

Now why didn't I think of that? OH yeah.. I did..

I found the high side and I traced the low side line until it disappeared into the firewall?!? I know that couldn't be right, but I've looked all around for a low port and couldn't find one.. Does anyone have any idea where its at?!?
