I can't even fit a North American licence plate on my car for some reason. I had to use tie wraps, because there are no screw holder holes. The piece behind where the license plate goes was repainted and I think where there were holes, the previous owner had them sealed. I will work on a source for the #3 euro insert and keep you posted. I did find a source for the #2 insert though. I was on www.eurocarparts.com and couldn't find the HELLA spoiler. I'd like to see it though.

I like 5. That's what I have on my '86 300E.

Choices four through six were never made for the 300CE / E320 coupe. The coupe trunk lid is shaped differently than that for the sedans. Thus, I would select #2. I don't see why a huge license plate is beneficial.

Sorry for the delay. Mine came with my car. I would stay bone stock or upgrade to the funkiest AMG or Brabus I could find.
