how do I replace the instrument lights. My guage has one light that is not working. Therefore one part of the guage is kind of dim at night.

Thanks in advance,

The instrument cluster is easily pulled with a pair of 'cluster hooks'. They are wire hooks with a 'T' handle. Available from dealer and online of varying degrees of quality. Insert them at 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock, turn 90 degrees (hooks toward cluster), tilt handles outward and pull on left, then right, then left wiggling it out about 1/4" at a time. As an alternative or helper you can remove the fabric panel below the steering column (a few screws and the louver on the side of the tranny hump) and push on the back of the cluster with your hand. If it's been a while since it was removed it'll probably be tight. Keep trying.

To remove it completely you'll need to extend and tilt power steering wheel all the way back and down. If regular steering you need to remove the wheel. Mtg bolt can be tough. But you can get at the bulbs while cluster is part way out if you have smaller hands.

Make sure you replace with same volts/watts bulb.

Good luck.
