88 300E not downshifting
are there any suction lines that control the down shifting? My 88 300E does not downshift while driving. For example while on the freeway if you slow down to about 40 and try to speed back up it stays in 4 or when you slow down for a turn it stays in 3. can anyone shed some light on this subject?
