Vacuum leak test for 190e

What is the best point to hook up a vacuum tester for the 190e?

Still have that high pitched whine from under the dash and I think it might be vacuum related. Need to test for leaks.

On mine there is an unused nipple on the manifold with a rubber cap. I just remove the cap and attach a vacuum gage.
