Cup holder won't stay down.
 

I've pulled it out of the center console but haven't figured out what is not latching to make it stay down. There don't appear to be any broken parts. The only thing that i've noticed is that the little arm hanging down with the triangular nub on it swings freely and has no tension. Is that an issue? Any help is appreciated as i don't really want to drop $50 for a replacement.
