I believe a have a Timing chain tensioner problem on my 92 400E (124k Miles) From a cold start I notice the rattling/knocking sound which has been metioned in previous posts.
Just wondering if anyone has had this repair done? Did it correct the problem? and what I can expect to pay?
Also any estimates on the price for replacing the monobelt tensioner (belt squeak problem from another post?)

Thanks in advance,
Alan
