95 e320 will not turnover now
 

Have a 95 e320 wagon w/ 160000 miles. Last week I turned off car when gear shift was in Drive. I put in Park and I tried to start and would not turnover. I waited 4-5 minutes left key in ON postion. I heard a click and buzz sound then I tried to start and it started. Last nite and 1 week later it did it again only this time it start and ran for about 30 seconds and it died. Now I cant even get to turnover and the click/buzz sound does not come on. What is the problem? I did the Diagnostic Module and it gave me Code 17: data exchange malfunction between individual control modules...
