Did 1988 420SEL's have a limited slip diff?

Does anyone know if they had a limited slip or if their is a way I could find out? I would love an LSD for my SDL for the winter. I don't understand why such expensive cars didn't all come with LSD's, It snows a lot in Germany to.

Only the 560's had it.
