Fuel leak / Door lock

1993 300D , 2.5 Turbo Diesel car. Last injector on engine is wet, call it a weep?
Just started today.
What could be the source of the leak?
Also, driver door will not lock, button goes down but the door can be opened. What is the best guess on what is wrong?
